Due to renovation of the domestic terminal at Shin-Chitose Airport, OTS Rent-a-car will place a temporary reception counter and may be relocated anytime depending on the construction area.

For passengers of Japan Airlines, Skymark, Jet Star and Fuji Dream Airlines, turn right after exiting the arrival gate. Due to undergoing construction of arrival lobby on the 1st floor, please take a detour to the exterior corridor. For passengers of All Nippon Airways, AirDo and Peach Aviation, turn left after exiting the arrival gate.
