This summer festival is a memorial service for ancestors' spirits in connection to the legend of Heike fugitives. Oxcarts, wooden float, garden lantern paintings, taiko drums, dances and other can be found during the parade on shopping streets and attracts visitors at summer. 1,000 floating lanterns on the river and paint water surface in beautiful fantastic colors.
