"Matsuyama festival" is one of 4 largest festivals of Chugoku region. This event is carried out for 3 days. On the 1st and 2nd days Yakyuken dance is performed, and Yakyu samba dance spreads out on the last day. Yakyuken dance is main traditional event when participants yell "If playing baseball... let's use these tools, out! Safe! Yoinoyoi!" and dance, parade and make streets lively.
