"Hadaka Matsui" that is considered to be one of the 3 major strange festivals of Japan will be held. At 10 pm all lights on the grounds will be off and sacred sticks called Shingi are thrown throw the special window. Those man who masteres in thecompetition and can take the sticks in hand is called "Fukuotoko" and happiness is promised for him this year.
