Naha Hari (boat race) with great 600 years tradions is a large event of Naha carried out in Naha Shintofuto during Golden Week (May 3rd ～ 5th). In addition to Hari boat race you can try experience of riding Hari boat and there are various events like music performances of popular artists and comic performances conducted by locals. At night fireworks festival is carried out, so this is a large event in the middle of summer you can enjoy on Okinawa.
