Okinawa Culture and Art Festival provides an opportunity of encourage and appreciation of various cultural and art activities carried out by prefectural inhabitants. This event is held every year and conduces cultural progress of the prefecture. This year the cultural festival meets 46th anniversary.
With an appreciation to winners and chosen artworks of photography, literature and art, you can touch high quality artistic culture.
