Haneji Dam Koinobori Festival is a highlight spot with 300 carp streamers weaving by the wind near the lakeside. Performance by young local eisa dancers and another stage event will be held, and catching of eels as well as canoe experience (paid) on the dam lakeside will be also carried out.
