By booking online and viewing the driving precaution video clip in advance, you can skip the orientation on the day and proceed straight to priority check in.
Also, by showing the QR Code which is attached to your booking confirmation email, verification at the airport and car arrangement are a lot smoother. Do not miss your QR Code when you arrive.

Fast procedure at the airport

Pickup service from the airport previously require customers to provide their name verbally to OTS staff to verify their booking, which takes more time if the customer’s name is difficult to read or has different pronunciation.
NewUse QR code system for fast car collection
Customers who made their booking online will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. By showing this QR code, booking can be easily verified, which saves time.
Our staff will be waiting at the airport’s arrival lobby.

Reserve a car in advance for the date and time of your choice on the website.

After completing your booking online, a confirmation letter will be sent to you e-mail address. This e-mail contains link to access your booking details and the QR code.
When boarding the shuttle bus, you just need to scan the QR code.
Reservation details will be sent to the branch and the staff will start preparing your vehicle.

E-Learning URL link of precautions explanation will be emailed in advance. Please visit the link for confirmation and priority for car collection will be arranged upon arrival at the branch.

Arriving at branch by shuttle bus
To avoid ‘crowding’ in the branch, we will guide only driver inside for reception.
Driver to reception, other members to vehicle
Driver goes to the inside and other members get to a vehicle.
Our staff will guide you when getting off the shuttle bus.
Thorough precautionary measures against infection is put in place at reception!
Reducing as much contacts as possible to operate at reception.
【Procedures at recepetion】
For face to face reception, we use vinyl sheild and try to operate as less contacts as possible.
Please present your driving documents.
For foreign drivers, photocopy of your driving documents is necessary.
Please present all the required documents to drive in Japan.
Use auto-payment machine
Auto-payment machine is also installed at customer side.
We ask for your self-service on payment too.

For rental finish ,vehicle return will be completed by checks at hired vehicle.
※Payment will be asked if additional charge applied.
【Final check at vehicle】
For rental finish, final check will be made at vehicle return area. Unless any additional payment left, we will ask for signature to complete vehicle return.
Shuttle bus service to the airport
After the vehicle return, you are directly guided to shuttle bus for the airport transfer.

※Currently, only OTS Toyosaki main office and transfer service at the airport are using QR code system. Other OTS branches are also expected to implement QR code in the near future.
