At night the entrance (automatic door) is closed.
If you are stay in the hotel please use special entrance for night time (always open).

■ Smooth check out ■
You can check out after leaving the room keys in the keys return box.
If receipt or another services are necessary please inquire at check in.

■ The whole hotel is non-smoking ■
It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the room and in the hotel. If in the worst case the fact of smoking is revealed or if you bring cigarette end, 20,000 JPY will be additionally charged as cleaning fee or compensation for damages to the guest room.

100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
