[Housekeeping]

As part of our environmental protection efforts, housekeeping services are provided as follows:
・2-night stay: No in-room cleaning. Fresh towels will be placed in a basket in front of your room without entering.
・Stays of 3 nights or more: Regular cleaning will be provided every 3 days.

[Check-in Information]

For guests staying in the Annex Villa:
Check-in is available at the Main Building.
Beachside Villas are located in the Annex (6 minutes on foot or 1 minute by car from the Main Building).
If arriving after 8:00 PM, please contact the hotel in advance.

[Additional Information]
・Restaurants and convenience stores are located at some distance from the hotel
・The restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Main Building mainly serves meat dishes such as steak

・Stays exceeding the maximum room capacity are not permitted
・Even for 3 or more guests, only 2 beds are provided (no extra beds available)
・Guest rooms are not equipped with telephones (internal or external lines)

Cancellation policy

Cancellation fee will not be charged if cancelled on or before [23:59 of 4 days prior to accommodation]
30% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of 3 days prior to accommodation]
50% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day before accommodation]
100% of accommodation fee will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled not later than [00:00 of the day of accommodation]
100% cancellation fee will be charged of non-arrival client or no show without notice.
