※ Participant's shoulder width must be 38cm or more
・Considering customer safety based on equipment specifications, the standard shoulder width must be 38cm or more.
(Please measure yourself in advance. In the case of measuring exactly 38CM, please indicate it in the "weight" field when introducing your reservation information).
※ Weight limited: up to 100 kg
※ For health reasons, to persons who had participated in this mermaid tour are not permitted to take a plane on the same day.

※ If you are taking medicine for respiratory or circulatory system, diabetes, high blood pressure, please provide a doctor's certificate. Please note that depending on the circumstances, you may not be able to participate.
※ Individuals with epilepsy, specifically women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, cannot participate.
※ Participants who are hungover or have consumed alcohol on the day of the event will not be allowed to participate.
※ Participants who are 50 years old or older, excessively obese, or have high blood pressure, regardless of age or body type, will have their blood pressure measured at the venue on the day of the event. (Individuals with blood pressure of 170 or higher will not be allowed to participate, while those with blood pressure between 160-169 can participate after signing a waiver.)
※ Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.

Please make sure to check your health before booking. Depending on the customer's health condition, we may decline your participation for security reasons.
・This activity can be held even in case of low intensity rain. But depending on the circumstances, we may contact you for cancellation, or the content of the activity may change.
・Bring swimsuit (or clothes that you don't mind getting wet)
・Please bring change of clothes

Charges will not be applied if we receive the cancellation notice until [20:00 of 4 days prior to the activity day].
50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [20:01 of 4 days prior to the activity day].
100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [20:01 on the previous day of the activity].
