Important notice

・As whales are wild animals, there is a chance that you may not be able to see them. Please note that in the unlikely event that you are unable to see any whales, no refunds will be given.
・If ocean conditions are not good and it is determined that the tour cannot be carried out safely, it will be cancelled. In such cases, we will contact you by the evening of the previous day, so please check.
・For safety reasons, we ask that you wear a life jacket.
・Pregnant women are not permitted to participate.
・The tour will generally proceed even in rainy weather, so please come unless we are not notified of its cancellation.
・Please note that if the departure is delayed for personal reasons, the tour cannot be extended to accommodate the delay.

If you cancel within two weeks of the reservation date, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

After January 18, 2026: 100%
