・Drunk driving is prohibited under law. Hence, please do not drink Awamori for customers who are driving or underage.
・For hygiene reasons, please do not bring food and beverages in the factory.
・Pets are prohibited due to hygiene reasons.
・However, for handicapped customers, assistance dog is allowed.
・No dining facilities available.

Cancellation Policy

100% of the cancellation fee will be charged to non-arrival clients or no show (without notice).
However, cancellation fee will not be charged if you contact directly to the facility before the activity carries out.​
