  In such cases, we will inform you the day before the tour.

• For safety reasons, children under 3 years old may not be allowed to board depending on sea conditions.

• Pregnant women cannot join the tour.

• In case of bad weather or rough sea conditions, the schedule may be changed or the tour may be canceled.

• We recommend taking seasickness medication before joining the tour.

• It often feels colder at sea than on land, so please wear warm and waterproof clothing.

• Comfortable walking shoes such as sneakers are recommended.

• This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to operate.
  If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled.

If you change or cancel your reservation after 5:00 PM on the day before the tour, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price will be charged.
