[ Arrival at Airport / Transfer to Rental Office ]
After arriving at the airport, proceed to the rental office. Pickup service is available (advance reservation required; please provide your flight number). For customers with a pickup reservation, please call us after collecting your luggage. If no pickup is arranged, it will take about 5–10 minutes on foot, so plan your schedule accordingly.

[ Rental Procedure at the Office ]
Our staff will assist you upon arrival. We will prepare the rental agreement and explain coverage details, accident procedures, and other important notes. Please feel free to ask questions at this time.

[ Payment of Rental Fee (Cash or Credit Card) ]
After confirming details, please make your payment. If you forgot to add any options such as a child seat when booking, you can request them now and settle the payment.

Insurance Coverage

- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Waives your financial responsibility in case of an accident. Charges vary depending on coverage type and rental duration.

- Non-Operation Charge (NOC)
A fee charged if the vehicle is damaged or soiled and requires repair/cleaning, covering the loss of use during downtime. The amount depends on the damage.

- Up to 7 days before: Free
- 6–3 days before: 30% of base rate
- 2–1 day before: 50% of base rate
- Same day: 100% of base rate
