normal business hours (10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.)
If you contact us after 6:00 p.m., due to circumstances with our business hours, we may have to take care of it the next day at 9:00 a.m., so please bear that in mind beforehand.

[About conditions for holding the tour]
■Rainy weather: Even during rainy weather, we will still carry out the tour if it can be done safely.
*It may be canceled depending on the weather, waves, or wind.

■Canceling it due to bad weather or equipment failure: It may be canceled due to bad weather or equipment failure.
*Once canceled, we cannot compensate you for the cost of your traveling expenses getting to the shop.

■The process of checking its cancellation and when we will contact you: In general, we check the weather, waves, and wind every morning to determine if we can go on with the tour.
Just in case the tour were canceled, we will call each of the guests in turn the morning of the tour.
If we know beforehand that the tour will be canceled due to a large typhoon or other storm, we will call and email you the previous day.

[About admission qualifications]
Target age: Children 4-12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
Health conditions: If your health condition does not prevent you from going on the tour but you are displaying worrying symptoms, mention this at the time of your application.

50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [00:00 on the previous day of the activity].
