From 1st April 2024, reservations for HWS class and HWC class will cease.
Customers who have made a reservation will be provided with another car of a similar class.

After-hours pick-up reservations made between January 1 and March 31, 2024 will be subject to the following handling fees. The fee for After-hours pick-up reservations established from April 1, 2024 will be increased to 3,850 yen.

For new reservations or changes to existing reservations made after 1 April 2023, e.g. the pick up and return branch is different, there will be a drop-off fee of JPY3,850 for vehicles returning to DFS branch.

For example, car pick up at Rinku-Toyosaki branch → car return at DFS branch = JPY3,850 for car return at different branch | Car pick up at DFS branch → car return at Rinku-Toyosaki branch = JPY2,750 for car return at different branch

For new reservations or changes to existing reservations made after 17 Nov 2022, the drop-off fee will be charged at JPY2,750 if the pick up and return location is different.

Due to the shortage of manpower, DFS branch will be changing its business operating hours. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to our customers and thank you for your kind understanding. Customers who have made the reservation before the change will follow the normal business operating hours (before change).
