Introducing the rental of Child Safety Seats
In accordance with Japan Law, Child Safety Seat is mandatory for children under 6 year olds.

Rental price JPY1,100 per seat
For pre-schoolers Junior Seat

Junior seat installed Front-facing.
For toddlers child seat
- Age
- 6 months to 4 years old
- Weight
- Up to 18kg
- Height
- Up to 100cm
Child seat installed Front-facing.
For infants baby seat
- Age
- New born to 1 year old
- Weight
- Up to 10kg
- Height
- Up to 75cm
Child seat installed Rear-facing.
■ Attention ■
【1】Customers travelling with children under 6 years of age must include child seat to their booking or bring their own child seat. We may refuse to rent out a car even if it’s already reserved, if you don’t have the required car seat for your child(ren).
【2】Child seat/s will be installed by the customer. Our staff may assist to install the child seat to the vehicle however, customers are responsible for its safety checking.
【3】OTS Rent-a-car assumes no responsibility for any damages/injuries caused by child seat misuse.
【4】Charges arising from damages or loss of the child seat due to customer’s negligence will be borne by the renter.
