・Inamuduchi jiru (a delicious miso soup made with white miso with pork, shiitake mushrooms, kamaboko, konjac, etc., which is popular in the southern region of Okinawa, eaten at New Year holidays and other celebrations).
・Tsukemono (Japanese preserved vegetables).
・Sannin kamaboko (Kamaboko is a homemade boiled fish paste, it is wrapped in leaves of sannin (shell ginger) and steamed together).
・Rafute (a classic dish in the Ryukyu cuisine, pork cubes carefully stewed with slightly sweeter and an elegant finish).
・Homemade Jimami Tofu (Jimami is a tofu with peanut sauce).
・Kubuirichi (Okinawa home-cooked rice with shredded kelp, pork, shiitake mushrooms, etc.).
・Vinegared mozuku seaweed
・Mimigaa (with goya and pig ears with sesame sauce)
・Sata andagi (Okinawa classic sweets made from fried dough made of sugar, flour and eggs).

100% of the cancellation fee will be charged to non-arrival clients or no show (without notice).
However, cancellation fee will not be charged if you contact directly to the facility before the activity carries out.
