Customers who weigh more than 100 kg cannot participate because we cannot prepare the equipment, so we appreciate your understanding.

You don't have to worry about the language, because in the practice the staff will use simple English conversation words while showing photos that are explained in Chinese, Korean and English.

Schedule	1. Registration, change of clothes, briefing and other procedures. We will also bring you the ticket(s) for Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Then fill up the application form, change to swimsuits (male/female separated changing rooms). Please place your valuable items in the free lockers provided. 2. Towards the port in front of the shop Just a 5 minutes' walk from the shop to the port！！ 3. Briefing on the usage method of each equipment Instructor’s careful explanation makes everyone easy to understand, even beginners feel at ease！！ Feel free to ask questions, the professional instructor will guide you through. 4. Boat ride to Blue Cave In a blink of an eye, you will be overlooking the beautiful waters of Okinawa from a 5 minutes' boat ride！！No worries about motion sickness. 5. Snorkelling experience in Blue Cave With the beautiful blue waters as the background setting, it will be unquestionably the best picture taken in your Okinawa trip！！６. Free fish feed provided Large group of fish will gather around you while feeding them as if you are in underwater palace！！７. Swim comfortably on your own You can swim together with the fish once you get the hang of it！！８. A warm shower & change of clothes after activity ends Shower rooms（Private rooms: 3x for women, 2x for men）, make up area and hair dryer are also provided. 9. Retrieve photos and videos stored in the memory card before tour dismissal SEALOVERS is located in Onna Village which is positioned in the very center of Okinawa Island. It is convenient to travel to other attraction spots once the tour ends! 10. Enjoy watching whale sharks and manta rays at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. There you can find some of the fishes that you saw during your snorkelling experience. Outside of the main Aquarium you can also enjoy dolphin shows and see sea turtles.

If you are traveling by car, please enter the map code "206096201". Our shop faces the Route 58, there is a flag written "blue cave/青の洞窟" and a sign written sealovers. Once you arrive, we will stop the car on the side road and we will guide you to the free parking lot once you come to the store. If you have doubts or if we are absent at the shop, please call to 080-8831-6441. (There is a guide map of the free parking lot at the entrance of the store) If you are coming to our store by bus,from your local bus stop please take the Ryukyu Bus Kotsu or the Okinawa Bus, bus number 20 or 120 and get off at the Maeganeku（前兼久） stop. Our store is located just in front of the bus stop. If you are coming from Naha by bus, it will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to our store, but as traffic delays are expected, please factor in additional time. Due to pressure problem, please do not take a plane within 18 hours after diving (if its this case). In addition, customers can register and join the snorkelling activity on the actual day. Customers who have health problems or history of illness have to obtain a written permission from the doctor to participate. Please also inform the staff before the activity starts. Cancellation Policy	Depending on customer convenience the cancellation will be subject to the following charges: 50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 4 days before until 17:59 on the previous day of the activity]. 100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 18:00on the previous day until the actual day]. Please note that in case of point modification will be also charged as cancellation fee. ※Cancellation fee will not be charged if the plane is cancelled due natural disaster.
