Important notice	The maximum capacity is 4 persons. Children under 6 years old (free of charge) are not included in the count. Amenities such as towels will be provided for 4 persons regardless of the actual number of guests. For example, even if there are 2 adults and a child under 6 years old, amenities will be provided for 4 persons. Additional charges apply for using the facilities of "Saru no Yu" (Monkey's Hot Spring). Please note that if you arrive late, the end time will still be 90 minutes after the reserved time.
Cancellation Policy	Cancellation is free of charge until 2 days prior to the experience. From 1 day prior to the experience, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. In the case of cancellation on the day of the experience or failure to contact us on the day, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged.
