1.  Meeting & Check-in: Meet at Toya Fishing Port and check in.
2.  Changing & Briefing: Change into a wetsuit and receive a snorkeling briefing.
3.  Transfer: Travel by boat for approximately 10 minutes to the offshore sea pen where the whale sharks are kept.
4.  Snorkeling: Once you arrive, the snorkeling experience begins!
5.  Finish: After enjoying approximately 20 minutes with the whale sharks, the snorkeling experience ends.

- The snorkeling tour will operate even in rainy weather.
- The snorkeling tour may be canceled due to typhoons or other conditions. If canceled, you will be notified by phone or email as soon as the decision is made.
- Please note that even if the tour is canceled after you arrive at the site, transportation expenses to and from the meeting point cannot be reimbursed.
- Please arrive on time, as being late may affect other participants.
- Participation after consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited. Please also refrain from excessive drinking on the day before the tour.

For cancellations due to the customer's circumstances, the following cancellation fees will apply:
6 days before the activity date through the day of the activity: 100%
No-show without notice: 100%
* No cancellation fee will be charged if flights or ferries are canceled due to a natural disaster.
