Please assemble 15 minutes before activity at Seven Ocean's Club.

‧Participant must be of shoulder width of 25 cm and above.

‧At least 2 participants to register. Children under 7 years old cannot participate.

・Those who are pregnant, hang-over or drunk cannot participate.
 

・Children under 5 shall be accompanied by a guardian.
 

・Juveniles above junior school shall provide the guardian's agreement signature.
 

・Swimming suits or water-proof clothings are required before entering the sea.
 

・Large towel, anti-seasickness medicine, sunscreen, UV-protector, or other necessary items.
 

・Modification or cancellation may occurr due to bad weather, wind direction, or other sea conditions.
 

・Confirm on the actvity before departure.

・Please visit direct to the destination if transfer service is not included.

・For customer's personal safety, minimum height of 130cm and shoulder length of 38cm to participate due to the equipment specification.

・Those with departure flight on the same day cannot participate.
 

・Those with illnesses in circulatory system, respiratory system, systema nervorum, otorhinolaryngology, diabetes, chronic hypertension and other cannot participate.
 

・Participant's name, age, accomodation, height, weight, feet size, use glasses or contact lens and other info are required.

50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [00:00 on the previous day of the activity].
100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [00:00 on the actual day] .
100% of the cancellation fee will be charged to non-arrival clients or no show (without notice).
