Minimum booking time: 3 hours

※The minimum charge consists of the basic service fee plus a transportation fee of JPY 1,650 per sitter.

※For bookings of less than 3 hours, the full 3-hour fee will apply.

※A late-night surcharge applies to services provided between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

※For bookings with two or more children, we may recommend arranging an additional babysitter depending on the children’s ages and safety considerations. If an additional babysitter is arranged, a transportation fee of JPY 1,650 (tax included) will apply per additional babysitter.

※If your childcare service is extended on the day of your booking, or if parking fees or facility admission fees are incurred for the babysitter due to the use of the hotel or other facilities, these costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Any additional charges must be settled on-site on the day of the service.

※Please note that from December 29th to January 3rd, due to the New Year's holiday season, a 30% surcharge will be applied to our standard rates (excluding sitter transportation costs).

※We require the presence of a guardian at the time of childcare service conclusion as a mandatory policy.

＜For Parents: Items to Prepare in Advance＞
〇Multiple sets of clothing changes (2-3 sets depending on the duration)
〇Hat/sunscreen (mandatory if spending time outdoors)
〇Your child's favorite items (such as toys or a blanket)
〇Diapers/wet wipes
〇Meals/milk/bottles (as needed)
〇Stroller/baby carrier (for transportation of younger infants, useful during extended sitting periods or outdoor activities)

＜To ensure the safe care of your child, we kindly inform you that the following services are not provided during sitting＞
〇Preparing meals for the child
〇Bathing or showering
〇Room cleaning
〇Laundry
〇Administering medication or performing any medical procedures (please consult with us if needed)
〇Using the babysitter as a means of transportation (to avoid any unauthorized taxi-like services)"

＜Consent Regarding Prevention of Various Infectious Diseases＞
１.From the date of your consent to the day of service, if you experience any of the following symptoms, please contact us promptly. After assessing the situation, we may have to decline providing babysitting services
・If you have been infected with any infectious disease
・If you have been in close contact with someone infected
・If anyone living in the same household, including yourself, develops fever (37.5°C or higher) or respiratory symptoms such as coughing.

2.On the day of service, if your child exhibits a fever (37.5°C or higher) or respiratory symptoms, we will have to suspend the babysitting service.

3.Babysitters may wear masks or face shields, and in certain situations, gloves may also be worn, depending on the circumstances.

4.The decision for children and guardians to wear masks is left to individual discretion.

Regarding cancellations of your booking, cancellation fees will be charged as follows, counting from the scheduled service date.
・Up to 4 days before your booking (by 4:59 PM): Free of charge

・From 4 days before (5:00 PM) to the day before (4:59 PM): 50% of the booking fee

・From the day before (5:00 PM) to the day of the booking: 100% of the booking fee

(Cancellation fee = Booking amount × applicable percentage)
※Please note, any cancellations made after 5:00 PM will be treated as the next day.

• If you shorten your booking time, the following cancellation fees will apply to the cancelled portion of the booking:

- Changes made on the day before the booking: 25% of the cancelled service fee

- Changes made on the day of the booking: 100% of the cancelled service fee

• If you wish to reschedule your booking on the day of the service, a 50% change fee will apply, provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. If you notify us less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

• If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, no cancellation fee will be charged, provided that you submit one of the following:

- A flight cancellation certificate (or an airline cancellation email showing the customer's name)

- Your flight information together with the airline's official cancellation announcement

• If bus services are suspended due to a typhoon or other severe weather conditions, no cancellation fee will be charged.

• If you need to reschedule your booking due to a typhoon or other severe weather conditions, no change fee will be charged as long as you notify us by 5:00 PM on the day before your booking. (This also applies if the new booking date has not yet been decided.)
