Please check-in at least 30 minutes before the start time.

Only individuals who are taller than 110cm and capable of swimming in deep water are allowed to swim with the dolphins.
Please wear a swimsuit or clothing that can get wet.
Please bring your own towel and change of clothes.
Children aged 0 to 5 must be accompanied by a guardian (fee required).
・When participating in this plan, it is necessary to complete a "Health Survey" and a "Liability Waiver." Please review the contents in advance.

・If any of the items on the "Health Survey" apply to you, you will not be able to participate.

Please make sure to review the contents beforehand.

If you cancel from "by 15:00, 1 day before of the event, 00:00" or fail to attend without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will apply.

 1.The decision to cancel the program due to weather conditions or the health status of the animals will be made by our company, and we will contact the registered contact person. In the event of program cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
 2.Registration, reception, and the program will be conducted in Japanese at our facility.
3.Please allow approximately 30 minutes for registration, completion of the participation waiver, and preparation such as wearing a life jacket and boots. If you do not complete the check-in process at the venue by 30 minutes before the program starts, it may be automatically treated as a cancellation. Please be aware of this. (If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.)
