Please check-in at least 20 minutes before the start time.

※ This is not a swimming experience with dolphins. For preschool children, participation is required with an accompanying parent or guardian. Please wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes. ※ Bath towels are available, but cannot be brought to the experience location. Depending on weather conditions or the health of the animals, we may contact you to cancel the experience after your reservation has been confirmed.

The target age is 0 years old and above. However, for children between 0 and 5 years old, one accompanying adult per child is required.

Credit cards accepted locally: VISA, JCB, UC, UFJ, SAISON.

If you cancel from "after 15:00 on 1 day before of the program day," 100% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you do not participate or do not show up without contacting us, 100% of the fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.

We will make the decision to cancel the program based on weather conditions, the health of the animals, and other factors, and will contact the registered contact person. If we decide to cancel the program, there will be no cancellation fee charged.
Reception and program at our facility will be conducted in Japanese.
Preparation such as registration, filling out the participation agreement, and wearing a life jacket or boots takes about 30 minutes. If you do not complete the reception on-site 30 minutes before the program starts, it may be automatically treated as a cancellation. Please be aware of this. (If you are going to be late, please contact us as soon as possible.)
