・Only guests who are at least 110 cm tall and able to swim independently in water where they cannot touch the bottom may swim with the dolphins.

・For safety reasons, guests under 110 cm tall are not permitted to swim with the dolphins under any circumstances.
　Guests may still participate in the non-swimming portions of the program.

・On the day of your visit, all participants will be required to have their height measured at the reception counter. If a participant does not meet the 110 cm height requirement, no refund will be provided for a same-day cancellation. Please make sure to check the height requirement before your visit.

・Children aged 0–5 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
　The accompanying parent or guardian is also required to pay the participation fee.

・To participate in this program, you must complete a Health Questionnaire and Liability Waiver. Please review the contents in advance.

If you cancel from "by 15:00, 1 day before of the event, 00:00" or fail to attend without prior notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will apply.

 1.The decision to cancel the program due to weather conditions or the health status of the animals will be made by our company, and we will contact the registered contact person. In the event of program cancellation, no cancellation fee will be charged.
 2.Registration, reception, and the program will be conducted in Japanese at our facility.
3.Please allow approximately 30 minutes for registration, completion of the participation waiver, and preparation such as wearing a life jacket and boots. If you do not complete the check-in process at the venue by 30 minutes before the program starts, it may be automatically treated as a cancellation. Please be aware of this.
