Experience fee

Please come to the reception by the application time.

※ This is not a swimming with dolphins experience.
Preschool children must be accompanied by a guardian. (In that case as well, it will be charged).
Please wear clothes (like swimsuit, etc) which you don't mind getting wet.
Please bring towels and change of clothes.
※ Bath towels will be prepared, but cannot be brought into the experience area.
Depending on the weather or the health conditions of the animals, we may contact you for cancel your actual reservation.

※Local staff will only speak in Japanese or English.

100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice from [15:00 on 1 day before from the actual day] .
100% of the cancellation fee will be charged to non-arrival clients or no show (without notice).

1) The company will determine whether to cancel the activity due to the weather conditions or the health status of the animals. In the event of cancellation, we shall contact you. No cancellation fee will be charged.
2) Reception and programs at this facility will be in Japanese.
3) The preparation time for registration, wearing life jackets and shoes, etc. takes about 30 minutes. If you do not complete the registration at least 30 minutes before the activity starts, the reservation may be automatically cancelled. There will be a cancellation fee in case of automatic cancellation. Customers, please take note of the above (If there is a delay in arrival, please contact us as soon as possible.)
