Ryukyu Pottery Experience: Shisa - 90 minutes

During the 14th to 16th centuries of the Ryukyu Kingdom era, Korean potters were invited from Satsuma to learn pottery techniques. This marked the beginning of what we now know as "Tsuboya Pottery," with three kilns scattered across the prefecture being consolidated into the south of Makishi Village.
