Sanshin Music Performance – The Beauty of Classical Ryukyu Music
This performance offers a wonderful opportunity to fully experience the charm of traditional Ryukyu classical music.
Enjoy a rich variety of programs, including representative solo pieces, choral performances, and music for traditional dance.
In the first part, young performers will present classical ensemble pieces, female musicians will perform dance music accompaniment, and leading masters of Ryukyu classical music will showcase expressive solo performances.
The second part features ensemble performances by young female musicians, performances in the Tansui-style tradition, and dance accompaniment performed solely with koto music, allowing you to immerse yourself in the refined world of Ryukyu classical music.
