Of course you can participate even if you cannot swim, or if you haven't got license nor experience.
1. Registration, change of clothes, briefing and fill up application form, change to swimsuits (male/female changing rooms).
Please place your valuable items in the free lockers provided.
2. Towards the port in front of the shop
Just a 5 minutes' walk from the shop to the port！！
3. Briefing on the usage method of each equipment
Instructor’s careful explanation makes everyone easy to understand, even beginners feel at ease！！
Feel free to ask questions and the professional instructor will guide you through.
4. Boat ride to Blue Cave
In a blink of an eye, you will be overlooking the beautiful waters of Okinawa from a 5 minutes' boat ride！！No worries about motion sickness.
5. While diving we will take commemorative photo of you with the marine fauna!!
There is no doubt that it will be the best piece of your trip in Okinawa! !
６. Free fish feed provided
Large group of fish will gather around you while feeding them as if you are in underwater palace！！
７. Swim comfortably on your own 
You can swim together with the fish once you get the hang of it！！
８. A warm shower & change of clothes after activity ends
Shower rooms（Single，3x for female, 2x for male）, make up area and hair dryer are also specially provided for ladies.
9.  Retrieve photos and videos stored in the memory card before tour dismissal
SEALOVERS is located in Onna Village which is positioned in the very center of Okinawa Island. It is convenient to travel to other attraction spots once the tour ends!

Boarding an aircraft within 18 hours after diving is impossible due to pressure.
In addition, participation for snorkeling is possible even on the day of departure.
Those who are pregnant or suspected of drinking or who are drinking can not participate.
For those who have a chronic illness or those who experienced major diseases in the past, there may be cases where medical certificate is required, so please let us know in advance.
Children below the age of majority must first obtain written consent from their parents to participate.

【Measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases at our facility】

Our staff may wear masks as a preventive measure against the spread of infectious diseases.
We have placed hand sanitizers in the facility to prevent infection and spread.
Surfaces that come into contact with people are disinfected during cleaning.
Equipment is disinfected with chlorine dioxide water after cleaning.
To avoid sealing, we keep the entrance of the facility open for ventilation. We also perform space disinfection with chlorine dioxide water.
We organize events with a small number of participants to avoid crowding.
To maintain social distancing, we provide customer service while keeping a sufficient distance.
Tables, chairs, doors, and other touchpoints are frequently disinfected.

【Requests to Customers for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19】

Customers who cannot wear masks inside the facility may not be able to participate in the tour.
Please refrain from visiting the facility if you have the following symptoms:
Body temperature of 37.5°C or higher, or a persistent fever
Cold symptoms such as fever, cough, sneezing, or sore throat
Severe fatigue or difficulty breathing
Close contact with individuals infected with COVID-19 or identified as close contacts
Travel to Japan from countries or regions where the government has imposed entry restrictions and has not completed the required 14-day quarantine period
Other concerns about your health condition
We are unable to provide the usual complimentary beverages, so please bring your own drinks in portable containers, such as water bottles.
*Please note that depending on the situation, we may refuse reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

Depending on customer convenience the cancellation will be subject to the following charges:
50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 4 days before until 17:59 on the previous day of the activity].
100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 18:00on the previous day until the actual day].
Please note that in case of point modification will be also charged as cancellation fee.

※Cancellation fee will not be charged if the plane is cancelled due natural disaster.
