4. Start of the mangrove kayaking tour
You will be definitely excited by the jungles in front of you.
5. Observation of the nature
Watch cute water birds and various kinds of living creatures.
6. If the sea allows us let's go to the sea!
The feeling of freedom when you come from the river to the open sea is overwhelming.
7. If we have enough time we also show water buffaloes and strolling road.
8. At the end of the tour please use changing room or shower room.
9. Receive memory cards with photos and videos, breakup.

[Precautionary measures against infection at the shop]
・Staff will wear masks to prevent the spread of infection.
・Hand sanitizer is available in the shop to prevent the spread of infection.
・Surfaces touched by customers will be disinfected during cleaning.
・The equipment will be sterilized with hypochlorous acid after cleaning.
・The entrance of the shop will be opened for ventilation and hypochlorous acid will be used to disinfect the space.
・In order to avoid crowd, activities will be held with a minimum number of people.
・To prevent close contact, we will maintain social distance with customers for communication
・Frequently touched surfaces such as tables, chairs, doors, etc. will be disinfected regularly.

[Request to customers to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus]
① Due to current excessive demand for masks, we are sorry that we do not have sufficient masks to provide for the customers. We will appreciate if customers can bring their own mask while visiting our shop. Thank you for your understanding.
② Please refrain from visiting our shop if you have the following symptoms. Kindly note that reservations may be declined depending on the situation.
・Those who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher or a persistent fever
・Those who have cold symptoms (fever, cough, sneezing, sore throat, etc.)
・Those who feel tired (fatigue) and those who have difficulty breathing (dyspnea)
・Those who had recent close contact with people infected with the new coronavirus
・Those from countries where entry is restricted by the Japanese government
・Those who have not completed their required 14 days’ quarantine after arriving in Japan
・Those who feel generally unwell

Depending on customer convenience the cancellation will be subject to the following charges:
50% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 4 days before until 17:59 on the previous day of the activity].
100% of the activity fee will be charged if we receive the cancellation notice [between 18:00on the previous day until the actual day].
Please note that in case of point modification will be also charged as cancellation fee.

※Cancellation fee will not be charged if the plane is cancelled due natural disaster.
