All vehicles under OTS RENT-A-CAR are insured under The Road Service so even if the customer were to meet an unexpected incident such as a flat tire or dead battery, they could also have peace of mind.

1Safety Measures
In a case of an accident, please display the triangle reflector in order to prevent subsequent accidents. If the accident happens on the expressway, please wait in a safe spot behind the guard rail for the Road Service staff to arrive.
2Rescue work
It is very dangerous to carry out the rescue work on the expressways. The required safety precautious performed by the service personnel may be time-consuming. We seek for your kind understanding.
3Confirmation of identity
The service personnel may need to check the customer’s driving licence and vehicle inspection certification in order to confirm the customer’s identity.
4Contacting the company under the vehicle
Upon arrival, the rescue staff will contact the company under the vehicle to obtain consent to carry out the rescue work as well as the costs involved.
5Costs incurred by the service vehicles to be borned by customers
For car parking charges, ferry boarding charges for vehicles’ transportation etc., costs incurred by the the service vehicles and all related charges are to be borned by the customers. Thank you for your understanding.
6Peak hours
During heavy snow, rain or disasters, the demand for the customer hotlines may be busier than usual and there may be a delay in the arrival of the service vehicles.
